Corvallis School District 509J is accepting proposals for CHS Solar Energy Project

· Notice to proposers All solicitations shall be:

· Submitted to Corvallis School District via email: Dalek@wenahagroup.com

· Proposals will be received until: December 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time

· The proposal shall be clearly marked:

“RFP 001-2020 CHS Solar Energy Project”

· A copy of the Request for Proposal is available from Dale Kuykendall at dalek@wenahagroup.com

· All proposals shall be in the format requested and/or furnished by Corvallis School District, herein after referred to as District, or they may be rejected by the District.

· It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered via email before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation.

· District will not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the email listed above. Proposals delivered to another address will be considered non-responsive.

· Questions shall be directed to the District’s Bond Sr. Project Manager at dalek@wenahagroup.com

Interested firms shall have no unauthorized contact with District staff or Board Members during the selection process.
